Introducing MIAMI HORROR, a 22 year old producer who began his music career playing at house parties and nightclubs in Melbourne (such as Streetparty and Third Class).

The last few years has seen MIAMI HORROR performed at clubs and festivals across Australia, including shows alongside the renowned DJ Ajax, and mix his first compilation CD which he did for Ajax’s very own record label, Sweat It Out.

With the help of the Internet, MIAMI HORROR has quickly attracted a loyal fanbase and industry following not only in Australia, but also throughout the United Kingdom, Europe and United States. The attention began with his remixes of tracks by the likes of Pnau, Bloc Party, Stardust, The Presets, Datarock and Midnight Juggernauts. They have propelled him to sit justifiably amongst some of the biggest names in music, and are guaranteed dance floor hits, immediately downloaded and played in clubs across the world. MIAMI HORROR has earned his stance as one of the most talked about artists on the blogosphere, as shown on hypem.com and elbo.ws

In what little spare time MIAMI HORROR has left, he is the producer for successful Melbourne-based electro group Gameboy/Gamegirl.

As talk about his work continues to grow, MIAMI HORROR shows no signs of slowing down. His debut EP ‘Bravado’ is released this month in Australia and France, with a full-length set to drop in 2009. Both releases feature original tracks by MIAMI HORROR and will be available around the world via iTunes.

With the success of his original material, MIAMI HORROR has developed a live show with a full 4-piece band behind him. For the MIAMI HORROR band he needed nothing but the best and so DJ / Producer Ooh-Ee jumped in on drums and Josh Moriarty (Young & Restless/Peacocks) joined guitar and vocals.

This year, MIAMI HORROR has been announced as a national touring artist on some of Australia’s biggest Summer festivals including Parklife, Global Gathering, and Good Vibrations, proving that the unique blend of electro, punk, funk, disco fun is in high demand from DJ's, promoters, artists, clubbers and festival-goers alike.
